Land Development Task Force

GLI’s Land Development Task Force aims to facilitate deeper conversations among GLI investors on planning and zoning laws, helps formalize the business community’s approach to making policy recommendations to improve and streamline development processes in our region, and fosters further collaboration with regional partners on pro-development initiatives.

The Regional Land Development Task Force assesses current local, state, and federal laws and regulations that shape land development, reviews proposed legislation and regulatory changes, and studies other communities to discern best practices.
