Our Louisville and Jeffersonville, Indiana branches focus on temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct hire and on-premise staff management. Our reliable recruiters have the local market insights and community connections to hire the right employees for the clients we serve.

Who do you serve?

Both of our branches are focused on turning obstacles into opportunities for both candidates and clients. Our team consistently donates time, knowledge, and funds to local and regional nonprofits creating positive change. We’re proud to serve the Louisville area in many ways, both large and small.

One fact you may not know about my organization is…

Two interesting facts about Spherion is that it is America’s most-awarded staffing and recruiting franchise. Secondly, Spherion was originally founded in 1946 under the name City Car Unloaders. At the time, the company focused on placing manual laborers in temporary jobs. Spherion has evolved significantly and expanded its services to include a wide range of staffing solutions across dozens of industries.

What do you like about being an investor in Greater Louisville Inc.?

GLI was the first organization we joined after opening our doors in June of 2022. Brian Schneider has been our senior director since Day 1. I can’t speak highly enough of Brian and his effective communication and leadership he has given to me and my team. After attending a number of events with my wife Ashley, she felt like she needed to get more involved in the Chamber/community and has chosen to serve as a GLI Ambassador. As GLI members, we have gained invaluable networking opportunities that foster meaningful professional connections with local business leaders. The resources and support provided by GLI has allowed us to stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices while enhancing our business growth.
