Describe what your organization does in two sentences. Reynolds Consumer Products is a leading provider of household products that simplify daily life so you can enjoy what matters most.  In Louisville, every year we produce over 200 million pounds of the World’s best aluminum foil.

Who do you serve? Customers across the globe.  

One fact you may not know about my organization is…Reynolds Wrap was developed in 1948 as an idea to expand the product line which primarily consisted of foil for cigarette pack lining.  The product was initially marketed by going home to home in the neighborhood with the newly invented product.

What sets your business apart from others in the way you attract and retain talent? Reynolds is a household name with a fascinating process starting from casting all the way to putting foil in a box.  We strive for a culture that always puts Safety first and is collaborative, engaging and rewarding.

What do you like about being an investor in Greater Louisville Inc.? The opportunity for Reynolds to become more involved with our community and learn more about our neighbors. 

How does your organization engage in the community? We are passionate about supporting our Parkland neighborhood.  In the past year alone, we have done several events to support our community, including: backpacks with school supplies, winter coats and children toys.
