Who do you serve?

Vitale & Company speaks and trains organizational leaders on a variety of leadership topics, including change management, high-performing teams, authentic communication, embracing and navigating change, leading with excellence, overcoming perfectionism, leadership influence, confident leadership, and turning conflict into connection. We also create bespoke training programs to fit the needs of our clients’ organizations.

One fact you may not know about my organization is…

You might not know this, but we’re a women-owned business built from the ground up by a single mom. We started with limited resources but a big drive to make a positive impact. That’s why we took the leap – sometimes the best opportunities arise when you create them, instead of  waiting for “perfect” timing.

What do you like about being an investor in Greater Louisville Inc.?

There are two main things I really appreciate about being a Greater Louisville Inc. investor. First, it’s a fantastic way to stay plugged into the Louisville business community.  GLI offers a wealth of resources and opportunities to learn about the latest trends and developments in our local economy. This knowledge is invaluable for making informed decisions for my own business.
Second, GLI fosters a strong network of business leaders. I’ve enjoyed connecting with like-minded individuals and collaborating on initiatives that benefit the entire region. These connections have not only been professionally rewarding, but have also led to some great on-going business relationships and partnerships.

How does your organization engage in the community?

We’re committed to making a positive impact in our community. That’s why we partner with local non-profits and women’s initiatives to empower them through leadership development programs.
