Greater Louisville Inc. graduates second cohort of Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics Fellows

Louisville, Ky. (November 3, 2024) – Greater Louisville Inc. (GLI) graduated the second cohort of its Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics Network (AML) Fellows in October. AML Fellows was launched last year to unite industry leaders and enhance collaboration across the advanced manufacturing and logistics industry, two of the region’s largest and fastest-growing industries.  The 17 graduating fellows include:

  • Becky Faith, Director, Business Development, FocustApps
  • Cole Fisher, Director, Sales & Business Development, KCC Heating & Cooling/KCC Manufacturing
  • Heather Ford, Director, Finance, UPS Airlines
  • Tyrone Frazier, Director, Manufacturing Operations, GE Appliances, a Haier Company
  • Dan Harty, Vice President, Operations, ISCO Industries, Inc.
  • Erika Kuhn, Senior Director, Aircraft Technical Operations, UPS Airlines
  • Melissa Marvel, Chief Executive Officer, Zoom Group, Inc.

“Greater Louisville is home to a robust advanced manufacturing and logistics industry, so it is important that we foster the next generation of leaders,” said Sarah Davasher-Wisdom, president and CEO of GLI. “I cannot wait to see how our 17 graduates take the lessons they learned in the program to grow and innovate this evolving industry.”


Over the past 10 months, the AML Fellows met monthly to discuss different subsectors of the advanced manufacturing and logistics industry. This included discussions focused on automation and innovation, aerospace and Kentucky life sciences logistics, E-commerce, and more. Participants also heard from leaders from GE Appliances, UPS Airlines, BlueOval SK, Cimtech, and more.

Applications are now open to rising manufacturing and logistics executives interested in joining the 2025 Cohort of AML Fellows. The nomination/application period will close December 13 and the program will kick off in February.
